Attraction Marketing: What Is It?
The big money makers on the internet are attributing their success to a mythical form of marketing known as attraction marketing. What is it and how can anyone do it is the most common question heard today.
Everyone is under the wrong impression that it is some kind of secret marketing ploy that is impossible to do. It is actually a lot simpler then you would think and it has been around a whole lot longer then the internet has. All it really is, is a fancy name for a time tested technique.
The name in itself is a sure give away. Attraction marketing is all about making the product you choose to market; attractive. Sure you can always throw a webpage up and call it good with the help of some advertisements. But if you really want to make some money, you will have to work for it.
In order to make the product you are working with attractive, you really have to know more about it; you must become an expert. Sure you can market anything if you have the cash, but if you bout the product, spent some time with it and learned as much as possible about it and its features, then you can in fact make the product more attractive.
Of course this also means that you will need to make yourself more attractive in the process. This does not mean that you have to go and get a hair cut and buy some new clothes, but rather through the process of learning more about the product, you are quickly becoming an expert in your niche and that in itself will make you more attractive.
As far as the marketing goes though, you do not want a long page that people just stop reading and leave the site. You want a website that focuses on that particular product and gives you a means of becoming even more attractive by talking about it on a regular basis.
You will need to start attracting visitors and this can be done through several different means. The first is that you can make use of yor own existing networks, or through building a new one. Anyway you look at it though, you will need the traffic and referred traffic is always better then search traffic because the click through rate is substantially greater.
